Announcing Our In-House AI Phone Receptionist

We have introduced an AI phone receptionist, developed in-house, on our main phone line as a pilot program.

When you call, an AI operator takes your message, reads it back to confirm, and shares it with our team immediately — so nothing is missed even when we cannot pick up. A member of our team will then call you back on the number you called from.

Please note that calls with caller ID withheld cannot be accepted. During the pilot period, calls outside business hours are not answered, as before. In the event of a system failure, calls are routed to a staff member as before.
