Soarinto Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) implements the following initiatives to protect the personal information of its customers.

2. Management of Personal Information
The Company implements necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information it holds, and strives for their continuous improvement.
3. Restrictions on the Use of Personal Information
Except where based on “laws and regulations,” the Company will not use personal information it holds for any purpose other than the stated purpose of use.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except where based on “laws and regulations,” the Company will not provide personal information it holds to third parties.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
Where the Company receives a request from the individual concerned for disclosure of personal information it holds, or a request for correction or suspension of use of disclosed personal information, and such request is found to be justified, the Company will disclose, correct, or suspend the use of the personal information relating to that individual.
