Information Security Policy

Soarinto Inc. (“the Company”) is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to meeting the trust placed in it by its customers and society, by addressing information security across the entire company based on the policy below.

1. Responsibility of Management

The Company strives to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner, led by management.

2. Establishment of an Internal System

The Company establishes an organization for maintaining and improving information security, and defines information security measures as formal internal rules.

3. Employee Initiatives

Employees of the Company acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security, and ensure that information security initiatives are carried out reliably.

4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Company complies with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, while meeting customer expectations.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of a legal violation, breach of contract, or incident related to information security, the Company responds appropriately and works to prevent recurrence.
